A consulting team led by Dr. Paul Markus Konrad exclusively advised the shareholders of LIMAS GmbH on the sale of 100% of their shares. In the transaction, which was structured by Fischer | Konrad, the Norwegian company Stokke AS prevailed as the buyer. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
